Aiol wishes to narrate agriculture, giving voice to the protagonists of this sector, we believe that they do not simply carry out a job but a mission and we would like to thank them for this. Our journal gets closer to the men and women who protect the agri-food system with enthusiasm and love, and we invite them to tell us their stories, simply and sincerely.

Aiolpuntoit launches an initiative with the aim of getting the public to know about the stories and faces of our farmers. Today, more than ever, it is necessary to give voice to those who work in the primary industry, offering to them the possibility to speak about the passion that made them dedicate themselves to what most define as a beautiful crafts. We have collected and we will continue to collect, portraits of men, women, young people, old people, breeders, farmers, agricultural entrepreneurs, that have made a life choice, who have decided to work the land and live thanks to its fruits. We think that these are choices, guided by a great love for the land, nature, and all that is true and genuine, for a life model that today – only apparently – could appear in contra tendency.

Nobody wishes to hide the difficulties connected with this historic faze: there are no any economic certainties and we see very rapid transformations, that put doubts in the life styles, behaviors, ideals, projects for future, hopes.
