Bovimac, 18th Provincial Winter Cattle Exhibition cattle, the 15 ° Show of machinery and equipment for agriculture and animal husbandry and the eighth edition of Foragri expo, national fair on renewable energy, will be held from the 21 to the 23 January in the Fiera Millenaria.

It is one of the most importan trade show for the beef cattle and agricultural mechanization sector. Bovimac, 18th Provincial Winter Cattle Exhibition cattle and 15 ° Show of machinery and equipment for agriculture and animal husbandry, gathers every year at Gonzaga, in the province of Mantua, the operator of the biggest Italian agricultural regions: Lombardy, Emilia Romagna and Veneto. With more than 8000 appearances in the last edition, the 2011 event is set from the 21 to 23 January in the halls of the Millennial Fair.
The aim of the Expo is to present the latest innovations in the breeding system, were the newest advances in genetic research and biotechnology go hand in hand with advances in techniques for managing competitive farming. On 8500 square meters of exhibition space there will be 60 exhibitors and more than 25 farms, to offer a comprehensive and updated scenario of the market of agricultural machinery, equipment for animal husbandry, food and feed, scales and weighing systems, transportation and stock trading. On display at the fair, more than 170 dairy cattle, animals registered in the genealogical books of the province of Mantova, leader in Italy for the quantity and quality of its milk production. Bovimac is held in conjunction with the eighth edition of Foragri expo, national fair on renewable energy, with over 1,500 square meters dedicated to solar energy, solar and biogas.
